Shipping policy

Currently shipping to the UK, select European countries, USA, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong & South Korea.

Shipping will be calculated & displayed at checkout in your local currency.

Costs and services below:

UK Shipping is a flat rate of £3. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48/or signed for service (estimated time 1-3 working days)

European countries
Shipping is a flat rate of £10 sent Royal Mail Standard International tracked (estimated time 3-5 working days)

Canada and USA
Shipping to Canada and the US is a flat rate of £11, sent Royal Mail Standard International tracked (estimated time is 5-10 working days)

Asia - Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea
Shipping is a flat rate of £12 sent Royal Mail Standard International tracked (estimated time is 5-10 working days)

Please note: Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping outside the UK. These are set by the customs authority of the destination country. You will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes.

Dispatch
I aim to ship within 3-4 working days of receiving your order, (often, sooner!)

You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched which will contain your Royal Mail tracking number.

Please allow up to 10 days in the UK & 14 days International after dispatch before contacting me about missing orders. If your order still has not arrived please email me hi@hannahevelynrowlands.com - including your order number.
